Processing Time
At Charmed Violet, each item is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality for our customers. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time.
While we print most of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.
Shipping carrier: USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post...
Our typical processing time for print-on-demand products is 3 to 7 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. We are closed for all US Holidays as observed by the US Postal Service: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times will vary based on your location. Once items have shipped and are in transit, any delays are outside of our control. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure you get accurate delivery information, however, delivery times are just estimates and cannot be guaranteed since we have no control over the shipping carriers, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note:
- Canvas, Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products: only available in US.
- Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email for your convenience and peace of mind
- Customized or personalized orders may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request but every order is of the highest priority for us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
International Shipping
Charmed Violet ships internationally. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order's status, please contact our customer service team (support@charmedviolet.com).
If you try to track your package and no information is available, it only means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our customer service team (support@charmedviolet.com). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Note that Charmed Violet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is processed.
We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong location or returned to sender because of an incorrect mailing address.
Before contacting customer support, please ensure the shipping address you gave on your order is correct.
We understand that many of our products are given as gifts. Please double check that the address you are shipping to is correct. We suggest contacting that person to verify or looking it up on Google Maps to see if it is where you want the package to go.
